To resolve this issue, you will need to manually update the app permissions by following these steps:
- Search for the MyCarTracks app icon on your device and touch and hold the app until a menu appears
- Tap App info

. - From here, you can see which permissions are allowed or denied for MyCarTracks. Make sure all permissions are in the Allowed list. Tap on each permission that is in the Not allowed list and allow it. Make sure that Location has the label Allowed all the time.
