Step-by-Step Instructions
- Click on your name in the top right corner and select My Plans. Then click on Change Current Plan.
- Choose the Business Plan and click Next.
- Under Number of Vehicles, enter the total number of vehicles you want in your fleet. For example, if you currently have 20 vehicles and want to add 5 more, enter 25 (not just 5). Select your preferred billing interval and whether you’d like auto-renewal. Then click Next.
- You will now see a summary of your order. Our system automatically calculates your remaining credit and deducts it from the total amount. Click Confirm and Pay.
- Choose your preferred payment method and complete the payment.
How is the remaining credit calculated?
In Step 4, the system calculates how many days are left in your current plan and determines the remaining credit based on the unused days. This amount is then subtracted from your new total.
Please note: You are always billed for the full upcoming billing period and the full number of vehicles selected. This means the cost might appear higher than simply multiplying the monthly rate by the number of months.
Frequently Changing Fleet Size?
If you anticipate changing the number of vehicles regularly, we recommend the following approach:
- Start with a yearly subscription. This pre-pays your credit for the entire year.
- When you need to add or remove vehicles, switch to the Monthly payment interval (3rd step in the step-by-step). The system will recalculate your credit based on the changes and remaining days, so you won’t need to make an additional payment. It simply adjusts your pre-paid credit accordingly.
