With this feature, you or your teammates can share geofences or geofence analytics in the web application with a shared plan.

To share geofences or geofence analytics results that are shared with a Business plan follow these steps:

1. To be able to follow these steps you have to be the owner of the Business plan or it is shared with you with ADMINISTRATOR or MANAGER role.
2. Click on your name on the top right and then click on the Business plan under your name. This will redirect you to plan details.
3. Scroll down to the PLAN SHARING  tab and click on it.
4. Now either click on the Add user button to create a new user or edit the user who you want to share your geofences with.
5. If you’re creating a new user enter the mandatory details.
6. In Shared features options allow geofences or geofence analytics access. Select those features you want to share and then click Save.
7. Done. Now that user can access shared geofences from you or other users who shared their geofences within your Business plan. In case you want to share your geofences with that user follow steps below.

Note that users with role ADMINISTRATOR or MANAGER can also edit shared geofences. Users with view rights can only see and use them.

To share your geofences with other team members follow these steps. These steps are also for users you created and they want to share geofences with the plan:

1. Click on your name on the top right and then click on the Business plan under your name. This will redirect you to plan details.
2. Scroll down to the PLAN SHARING  tab and click on it.
3. Here you will see Shared features options.
4. Check Geofences or also Geofence analytics – those you want to share with the plan.
5. Don’t forget to hit the Save button on the bottom.
6. Done. Now all users who are allowed to see shared geofences can see and use your geofences.
